You may request to cancel for any reason by Thursday, May 29, to receive a full refund for conference costs. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. To request a cancellation, email the Purdue for Life Foundation Office of Special Events at specialevents@purdueforlife.org. Please call 765-494-0900 with questions.

You may also request to cancel reservations at the Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel by Friday, May 21, at 5 p.m. CT for a full refund. Hotel reservations need to be cancelled separately through the hotel.

If you would like to stay at the Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel Chicago Loop, conveniently located within walking distance of Convene, you can book your room today. Book by May 21 at 5 p.m. CT for a discounted rate of $229. Please note that canceling your conference registration does not cancel your hotel reservation, which would need to be canceled separately through the hotel. You can find parking near Convene at three parking garages—One Parking (227 West Monroe Street), 183 Monroe Garage (181 West Monroe Street), and Public Parking (111 South Wacker Drive).

Guests at the Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel will be offered valet parking for the following rates:

• 0–4 hours: $22
• 4–6 hours: $26
• 6–8 hours: $36
• 8–24 hours: $77
• The overnight fee includes unlimited in-and-out privileges. There is also self-parking available within a 200-foot distance from the hotel at a rate of $55 per night.
