Cost: $1,225 per person. Includes daily breakfasts, two receptions, one lunch, two dinners, boat cruise, show, bus tour, and transportation to scheduled activities not within walking distance. Does not include travel arrangements, ground transportation to or from the airport, or hotel accommodations.
Note: Due to the planned itinerary, we strongly advise those who are not ambulatory against participating on this President’s Council trip. Our itinerary includes a significant amount of walking, sometimes on uneven terrain. Travelers must be able to climb on and off chartered motor coaches and a boat. Lodging: President’s Council has a block of rooms reserved at the Embassy Suites Times Square just steps away from the heart of Manhattan. All President’s Council-sponsored transportation and excursions depart from this hotel.
Guests will make their own travel arrangements to LaGuardia Airport (LGA), John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).
The hotel is less than 20 miles from any of the three local airports. The best modes of transport to the hotel are a yellow cab, Uber/Lyft, or the robust New York City Public Transit System (trains/bus/subway).
You may request to cancel for any reason prior to Tuesday, October 1, 2024, to receive a full refund for per-person trip costs. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
