Matt Folk, vice president for university advancement and alumni engagement and president and CEO of the Purdue for Life Foundation, updated the Purdue Board of Trustees on fundraising for the fiscal year ending June 30. Giving to Purdue has already hit an all-time high of $533.1 million.
For the first time in program history, Purdue supporters will be able to earn John Purdue Club priority points through all giving across Purdue University’s main campus. Beginning with this year’s Purdue Day of Giving on April 30, contributions to non-athletics units will now qualify for priority points, offering donors more ways to engage with and support Purdue while strengthening the university’s philanthropic impact.
The Purdue University Board of Trustees has approved the promotion of 163 faculty across the Purdue University system as well as a new degree program, a posthumous degree, resolutions of appreciation, and a naming.
